studio bs ("we", "us") operates the Finger Party mobile app. This policy explains how we handle information.

1. Information We Collect

The app does not require login and does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email, or phone number.

Gameplay data (touch positions, colors, game state) is processed in memory only and is discarded when the app closes.

2. Locally Stored Data

The following is stored on your device only (UserDefaults):

• Language preference (system / Korean / English)
• Remove-ads purchase status
• Random game play count (for ad frequency)

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Interstitial ads may appear in random game mode. Google AdMob may process device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data under Google's Privacy Policy.

You can disable ads via the optional Remove Ads in-app purchase ($1.99).

4. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not access your payment card details.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data. Google (AdMob) and Apple (App Store) policies apply to their respective services.

6. Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
