Privacy Policy

studio bs ("we", "us", "our") operates the Finger Party mobile app ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the App, including data processed by third-party services.

1. Information We Collect Directly

The App does not require an account or login. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other information that directly identifies you.

Gameplay data (touch positions, colors, game state) is processed in memory only on your device and is deleted when the App closes. We do not transmit gameplay data to our servers because we do not operate backend servers for gameplay.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

The following information is stored locally on your device only (UserDefaults):

Language preference (system / Korean / English)
Remove Ads purchase status
Session count (used only to determine ad frequency)

This locally stored information is not transmitted to studio bs.

3. Third-Party Data Collection and Sharing (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob to display interstitial ads in random game and team split modes (approximately every 10 sessions). When ads are shown, Google LLC may collect and process certain information through its SDK, including:

Device ID (such as advertising identifier where permitted)
Coarse Location (approximate location derived from IP address)
Product Interaction (such as ad views and taps)
Advertising Data (such as ads served and interactions)
Crash Data and Performance Data (for SDK diagnostics)

Purpose: Third-party advertising and ad measurement.

Linked to identity: Google processes this data under its own policies. studio bs does not receive information that directly identifies you.

Used for tracking: Yes, AdMob may use this data for cross-app advertising and measurement as permitted by your device settings and applicable law.

4. How to Limit or Disable Ad-Related Data Processing

Purchase Remove Ads in App Settings ($1.99, non-consumable) to disable ads in the App.
On iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track" (if applicable).
On iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → turn off Personalized Ads.

5. In-App Purchases

Remove Ads purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card information.

6. Data Retention

Gameplay data is not retained after the App closes. Locally stored settings remain on your device until you delete the App or reset your device. Data processed by Google is retained according to Google's policies.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will assist with removal requests where applicable.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Because studio bs does not operate user accounts or collect direct identifiers, most requests relating to ad-related data should be directed to Google. You may contact us for App-related questions.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version.
