studio bs(이하 “회사”)는 「핑거 파티」(Finger Party) 앱(이하 “앱”) 이용과 관련하여 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
앱은 회원가입·로그인 기능을 제공하지 않으며, 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등 이용자를 직접 식별할 수 있는 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
게임 진행 데이터(손가락 위치, 색상, 게임 상태)는 기기 메모리에서만 처리되며, 앱을 종료하면 삭제됩니다.
다음 정보는 이용자 기기에만 로컬로 저장됩니다(UserDefaults).
랜덤 게임 모드에서는 일정 횟수마다 Google AdMob 전면 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 광고 SDK는 기기 식별자, IP 주소, 광고 상호작용 등 광고 제공을 위한 정보를 Google 정책에 따라 처리할 수 있습니다.

설정에서 광고 제거 인앱 구매($1.99)를 통해 광고를 비활성화할 수 있습니다.
광고 제거 구매는 Apple App Store를 통해 처리되며, 결제 정보는 Apple이 관리합니다. 회사는 결제 카드 정보 등에 접근하지 않습니다.
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매·공유하지 않습니다. 다만 광고 및 결제 서비스 제공을 위해 Google(AdMob)과 Apple(App Store)의 각 정책이 적용될 수 있습니다.
앱은 전 연령 이용 가능하나, 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

studio bs ("we", "us") operates the Finger Party mobile app. This policy explains how we handle information.
The app does not require login and does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email, or phone number.
Gameplay data (touch positions, colors, game state) is processed in memory only and is discarded when the app closes.
The following is stored on your device only:
Interstitial ads may appear in random game mode. Google AdMob may process device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data under Google's Privacy Policy.
You can disable ads via the optional Remove Ads in-app purchase ($1.99).
Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not access your payment card details.
We do not sell or share personal data. Google (AdMob) and Apple (App Store) policies apply to their respective services.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
